Clinical Correlation

After this second semester of Clinical Correlation I believe that I, as well as my fellow peers, have truly grown in our ability to both create a differential, organize and HPI, diagnose, and treat the patients in our cases. I think my ability to connect information that we have learned in classes to the cases has improved tremendously. As the year went on and we were engrossed in my different classes and courses we gained a broader scope of information and diseases. Through this knowledge, we were able to better understand cases and also were able to have a more broad range of differential diagnoses. I think I was able to understand the cases and the presentations that my peers presented. I think as the year went on my presentations became more clear, concise, organized and stimulated good conversation. I believe that I was able to bring in the proper sources to support the presentations. I also think that I was also able to participate in the conversations and that I was able to reflect and contribute to the discussions about the cases and presentations. In the Clinical Year, I hope that I will continue to amass information so that I will be able to have the most accurate differential diagnosis. Additionally, I hope that as I watch providers treat the patients I will be able to see how they use certain modalities to rule in or out certain diseases. Lastly, I hope that I will be more equipped to comb through the databases to retrieve vital information.
